I love Pottery Barn! As you can see from name of this blog. Anyhow, I search for coupons all the time. I very rarely find anything that works! It is really frustrating. I did find this site, but it didn't really "wow" me at all...http://www.retailmenot.com/view/potterybarn.com. It has really been bothering me for some time so I tried to think "outside the box."
One of the biggest complaints I have seen about Pottery Barn on the web is that they don't ever provide coupons (or rarely provide them) and that they don't ship internationally.
I started to research companies online that will give you an address in the US and they will forward your shipment in the US, or overseas. How cool is that! Now, you don't have to have get shut out of buying things from Pottery Barn if you live in the UK or China or Turkey, or anywhere. I researched a bunch and started to use some of them. I have to say that the one that worked the best was a company called Bongo International. They provided the ability to consolidate multiple purchases into one box for shipping internationally.
This was really cool to me because I started to search this back when I lived out of the country and needed them to ship to the UK. They offered me a 50% discount off the regular carrier's price and I would save even more if I bought multiple items and put them all together.
The end result was that I saved a ton of money without having to have a Pottery Barn coupon code. Hey, saving money is what it is all about. Now, I can have my cake and eat it too! Take that Pottery Barn!
